After losing my Dad and Brother, I found myself in a cycle of self sabotage in my relationship with work, my family, and myself. When it came to really dig deep into my work towards self-development and discovery, I consumed as much material as I possibly could and still couldn’t make sense of the teachings around me.

I put myself in rooms with the greats, pulled my seat at the table and found that I just couldn’t follow along. I was unbalanced and lacked the foundations to understand how to leverage my inner warrior to inner peace.

What are the basics to understand? What can I do NOW in this moment to better myself? What am I supposed to be working towards? These are all questions I had, and no one was answering them fluff free.

Module Breakdown

0.0 Foundations

Transform through patience, consistency, discipline, and reflection. This course will challenge you to rethink how you act and react to the everyday and major adversities of life

0.1 Accountability

Locate items that will aid the tangible practices in this course and create a space that encourages success. Accountability by going all in and preparing what you need to get started consistently.

1.1 Intentions

Intention setting is still broad and allows for some flexibility in the interpretation of your goal, but there are actions you can take that will create a domino effect to lead you to your highest self.

1.2 Honoring What You Eat

The way we fuel our bodies affects our performance. While I’m not going to tell you to make a big change into keto or fasting, I am going to ask you to Journal about your food this week starting today, and hold space for small changes you can make to make the most out of your plate.

1.3 Exercise and Sleep

Misconception – that you need the most rigorous workout to feel good. Exercise for health and wellness can be as simple as a walk every day, and can bring about better sleep, stress regulation, and make you intake more water.
Sleep – the most underrated component of mental and physical health. Develop an evening routine that sets you up for success the next day.

2.1 Transforming Your Mindset

Victim mindset keeps us from progressing, it traps us into thinking we are at the mercy of someone else. The reality is that we can choose to accept the situations that are thrown at us and see their value in enriching our lives.

2.2 Changing Our Language

The first step we can take to shift our mindset is to dive into how we speak to ourselves, how we describe our lives, and the energy we put out onto others.

2.3 What is Abundance?

Differentiating the components of Abundance and Scarcity mindset and learning how to shift our perspective.

3.1 How We Experience Trauma

Everyone has a different threshold for trauma, so it’s never too much or too little to share our experiences. Your story is yours, and it has shaped you to be who you are today, and who you are is always perfect because you are the best at being yourself.

3.2 Understanding the Inner Child

What we don’t often recognize, is that a lot of us experience trauma as children and develop our relationships around those stories. If you experienced trauma as a child, you’re more likely to engage with life in a similar relationship with your inner child.

3.3 Feminine and Masculine Energy

As we heal ourselves, we also need to pay special attention to the energy we assign ourselves. The warrior can show both masculine and feminine energy. The warrior can be strong and powerful, authoritative…while showing compassion, empathy, and love for themselves and others.

4.1 Manifesting Romances, Relationships and Feel Goods

Sabotaging ourselves, anxious attachment styles, etc. We lack the ability to find our ideal partner because we lack the know-how of what we’re looking for, or we lack the awareness of what we need in a partner that serves our higher selves.

4.2 Vulnerability and Gratitude

One major way we can start practicing vulnerability is by showing gratitude. Think about it, when was the last time you reached out to someone, just to say hi or say something kind? Outside of special occasions, how often do you show and practice gratitude to others? To yourself?

4.3 Self Care and Holding Boundaries

Understanding that self-care is the mental strength to do what is good for us, even when we don’t want to. It’s the openness and willingness to sit with discomfort to get the work done.

5.1 Sticking to Your Plan

You’re not always going to have a perfectly balanced meal, there will always be something you want to buy, people you want to see, work in the way…life is going to keep happening and the plan will never be perfect. It’s all about the intention, how do you plan to experience the day that is in service of yourself?

5.2 Keeping your Promises

Reflect on every major promise you’ve made whether it was financial, physical or anything you may have promised something to someone else….How many of those did you follow through on? And how many times did you fail? And finally….how many did you blame or shift responsibility to someone else?

5.3 Building Your Intuition

Problem awareness: When we act out of fear, scarcity, and impulse, we lose sight of behaviors that lead us to serve our purpose. For a lot of us, we naturally mistake true intuition for impulse.

6.1 Spiritual Intuition

We are told to be selfless and there are stigmas against selfishness. If we act selfishly in a way that is helpful to ourselves and moves us forward…we can only better serve others.

6.2 Plant Medicine

Plant medicine, when done correctly, when there is an open mind, lots of preparation, and a willingness to be vulnerable can really contribute to healing. The experience allows you to see pieces of yourself and your story that may have been censored or stored away in the mind.

6.3 We Are All Love

When in conflict with others, understand that boundaries are there for you to continue your relationships, not destroy them. Boundaries are your way of setting a standard to where you will be comfortable continuing your relationships, the same with others.
