181. Dr. Kaveh Kavoosi, MD – Let’s Do Our Part & Stop the Coronavirus

Amidst the news & chaos, our way of living has changed over the past few weeks. In today’s informational episode, Lance has the pleasure of speaking with Emergency Room Doctor & fellow Fit for Service brother, Kaveh Kavoosi.  Dr. Kavoosi is courageously working on the front lines in a hospital located in Toronto, Canada.  Dr. Kavoosi shares guidelines that we all should be following to help prevent the spread & eventual stop of COVID-19. Dr. Kavoosi stresses the importance of stepping into solitude, into your own being & learning to sit with the stillness that comes with meditation.  Practicing mindfulness is important, especially in a time like this.  Kaveh is the first to be featured from the Aubrey Marcus Fit for Service Mastermind that some of you may know Lance joined at the start of the year. Be sure to stay to the end as the episode takes a bit of a twist.

Stay healthy everyone!

In times like these, we all need to band together.

Please remember that you’re not in this alone.

Reach out if you need to talk.
