Most mornings when we wake up, we turn to the news to start our day, to inform us of the weather, learn about traffic, hear the latest in crime, and in turn, form a relationship with our anchors. Joining us in the episode, we have a gymnast turned sports anchor turned podcast host, sprinkle in a bit of work from being a mother and wife as well, and you get the accomplished Lianne Laing. Lianne spent twenty years of her life as a sports anchor and another ten years as CTV Morning Live’s morning host. Lianne describes herself as a storyteller and spent those years loving what she did. Lianne shares her moments of adversity within those years of anchoring, as well as sharing her passion for her current work on hosting her podcast, “Living Your Life with Lianne Laing.”
