69. Rob Eastman – Against All Odds

In this episode, Lance and Rob Eastman discuss the adversities he had faced to recover from his addiction, how he made it out victoriously, and lived to tell the tale.

Rob Eastman grew up in Utah, was diagnosed with ADHD when he was young and suffered bullying in grade school. Later on, he lost his shot for full scholarship because of a 90 second mistake of getting in a fight with the wrong man. He then went back and forth from addiction to recovery, suicidal thoughts, went through divorce, lost his father, went bankrupt, and had the opportunity of a second chance at life after a drug overdose.

Rob is now the owner of Eastman Fitness and Wellness, President of the Eastman Family Recovery Foundation, a wrestling and volleyball coach, and a family man. He now dedicates his life to inspire and help others.

Rob tells listeners: “If you have the right life technique, real skills, then you’ll be able to get through life.“
