70. Eric LeGrand – Becoming An Adversity Warrior

In this episode, Lance and Eric LeGrand discuss how his paralysis only made him stronger and how it showed him his real purpose in life.

Eric LeGrand is a former American football defensive tackle who played college football at Rutgers. He became paralyzed while making a tackle in an October 2010 game.  While the initial prognosis was grim, he demonstrated his strength by shattering all expectations in his recovery and rehabilitation. In 2017, LeGrand was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as the third recipient of the Warrior Award, given to individuals who exhibited unwavering strength and perseverance, and who lives life with the courage and compassion that embodies the indomitable spirit of Ultimate Warrior.

Eric turned what could have been a negative situation into a strong inspirational missions in order to impact people at a large scale. He is now a keynote speaker, broadcaster, author, and Founder of Team LeGrand. He is an inspiration that all of us has the strength to overcome any adversity life will throw at us.
