97. Erin Treloar – How to be Naturally Beautiful from Inside to Out

In this episode, Lance and Erin talk about how we can turn our inner insecurities around by reconnecting with ourselves, family, friends and others around us. Employing these new beliefs helps us to become happier, healthier and more beautiful versions of ourselves.

Erin is the founder of Raw Beauty, a non-profit organization promoting the mental and physical health of girls and young women. Erin’s deep-rooted passion for this cause stems from her personal struggle with an eating disorder when she was in high school. She was greatly influenced by the media’s limited portrayal of beauty and the value that it held. Throughout her recovery she was forced to dig deep and rebuild a positive relationship with herself so that she would be able to accomplish her biggest goals. RAW Beauty Talks and Erin’s writing has been featured in The Huffington Post, The LA Times and Marie Claire, among others.
